COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Editor’s note: previously brewed at Næstvedbryggeriet Føniks.

Bottle, bought @ Kvickly, Haderslev.
Gusher. Muddy brown with a giant, frothy off-white head. Aroma has milky chocolate, light caramel, some fruity notes. Light dusty, some oranges. High carbonation, fair dry and grainy mouthfeel. Flavour has light metallic from the carbonation, dusty, some good milky chocolate and a fine caramel note. A bit messy and simple, but thankfully my bottle wan’t infected.

Ousen (32) - , DENMARK - FEB 11, 2012
Bottle from SuperBrugsen. Unclear light brown with a massive head. Carbonation is over the top. The beer tried to leave the bottle. Aroma is sweet malts and a bit of flowery hops. Taste is overly sweet and sour in the aftertase. Infected? Didn’t drink the bottle but poured more than half in the sink

stouby (4868) - Holbæk, DENMARK - FEB 9, 2012
Bottle at home. Hazy orange with a very large light brown head, later creamy, long lasting, fat lacings. Aroma medium+ hoppy (flowery) from the head, medium malty (caramel, roasted, brown sugar). Flavor almost heavy sweet, later hoppy from the head, seems the hop taste is in the head! Medium body. Shame on you. It’s almost as bad as the last show i saw with the 2 gentlemen in Ringsted, really!

Bottle @ home. Pours a dark brown colour with some beige semi-danse head. Aroma is malty with a few notes of caramel. not at all overwhelming. The taste is kinda flat. low carbonation. and the taste notes is very malty in a wierd way.. it tastes like chocolate malts, but not in the beer really.. more like taking a piece of malt and eat it. Overall a bit disappointing.
