Cask conditioned at The Kings Head & Bell, Abingdon, Oxon. Gold with white head. This proved to be a thinnish beer, cereal notes with a hint of perfume, then a flowery, fruity note. Just okay. MrTipple (5982) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 22, 2016
Creamy grain and bread malts, caramel, toffee. Clear gold, small, creamy, white head. Light bitter. More pale cereal malts, light citrus fruits, lively carbonation, light bodied, bitter finish. Decent Golden Ale, well-balanced. Cask at Tabard, Chiswick. theprof (1144) - Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, ENGLAND - JUL 31, 2016
Barrel tap. Pours pale gold. Aroma funky with some floral notes of hops. Soft taste with soft fruitiness melting into a bitter finish. Very drinkable BeardedAvenger (1035) - Addlestone, Surrey, ENGLAND - JUL 5, 2016
cask at Prince of Wales, 05/07/16. For a golden ale has more of an aroma than usual - a sharp hay. Not great to look at - no head and a flat pale gold. Pretty watery and soft, with a tickle of carbonation. Slightly bitter with some sweetness coming through. A nice pint. berkshirejohn (6614) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - FEB 17, 2016
Cask at the Bird in Hand, Knowl Hill. A pale straw pour with a tight white head; sweet floral aroma with some berry fruit; sweet and fruity in the mouth, but with an immeidate fresh bitterness and a light biscuity body; the finish has strawberries and cream while retaining most of the bitterness. An excellent, refined, light bitter.

Cask at the Crown Pewsey. Worty malty nose, dry-bitter with a fruity malt kick. Peppery and astringent finish.. tomciccateri (1034) - Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA - NOV 10, 2014
on Cask at Charles Dickens. Pours clear gold color with a slight head, minimal aromas. light-bodied but flavorful. smooth mouthfeel. nice malty flavor up front followed by mellow hoppiness. holds its own well with low carbonation and near room temperature end of pint experience. Cask at the Cleveland Arms - Bayswater, London. Pours perfectly clear, yellow-gold with a frothy, white head. Elementary aroma with notes of dry doughy pale malts and some citrus rind. Light sweet flavor with further pale and lightly doughy malts, some straw, nips of cereal and ripe lemon. Light bodied with fine carbonation; great condition. Nicely balanced to finish with refreshing lemon character, faint tangy citrus, supporting pale bread, slight bitter hay and straw. It’s a pretty basic golden but the condition lifts this beer impressively. Jen81 (25) - Norfolk, ENGLAND - FEB 28, 2014
@Queen’s Head, Uxbridge. A beautifully light gold colour with a vague sweet scent. Citrus and slightly floral. Nicely refreshing with a light aftertaste. Very drinkable. hirigalzkar (3240) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - AUG 25, 2013
Cask @ Akkurat. The opposite to "in your face", but with small notes of orange, lychee, reisin, citrus and flour.
