Rune (12722) - Tromsø, NORWAY - MAR 7, 2017
Half-pint, cask ale at Orange Tree in Chelmsford. A nitro white head to a amber coloured body. Lacing rings down the glass. Smell of dried fruits and brown malts. Blended taste profile of caramel, apricot and orange. Bittersweet endnotes. Standard bitter version (Shared with Cunningham 19.02.2017).

Cunningham (7946) - Halden, NORWAY - MAR 6, 2017
Hazy dark golden color with a off white head that gives a fine lacing. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a soft carbonation level. Decent balance between sweetness and bitterness. Fruity, caramel malty and quite herbal/grassy flavor. Quite session able and easy drinkable bitter.
[Handpull at Orange Tree in Chelsford, England]

BeardedAvenger (786) - Addlestone, Surrey, ENGLAND - JAN 23, 2017
Cask at Prince of Wales, Farnborough. Floral yet sour aroma. Dark amber. Thin and blotchy white head. Sweet with a rise and fall of bitterness. The hops cut through the caramel. Light and watery. Long finish. Another beer that’s certainly sessionable if not memorable.

MrTipple (4955) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 22, 2016
Grain and bread malts, straw, light caramel. Clear amber, medium, creamy, white head. Light bitter. More grain and cereal malts, soft carbonation, light bodied, bitter finish, as boring as that. Boring Bitter, Plain can do much better than this. Cask at Tabard, Chiswick.

2.7
SilkTork (5737) - Southampton, United Kingdom, Hampshire, ENGLAND - APR 4, 2015
Junction Inn, Southampton. A drinkable beer. But fairly ordinary and unremarkable. Session bitters should be easy drinking and not draw attention to themselves , and this does that job perhaps a little too well.

2.9
