Kaum Herbe wahrnehmbar.
--> Ein klasse mild-rundes Weizenbier. Mild, süßlich-malzig und toll hefig! <vb> Test vom 17.2.2009 mit 5.0% , Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,13,12,14,12,13 - 12,85

Keg at BD Shoreditch. Hazy yellow/gold pour with a nice white head. Lots of carbonation swirling around in the glass. Floral aroma with a mild yeast and wheat characteristic to it. Flavors of spice, coriander, and estery yeast. Good

500 ml bottle into weizen glass, unknown bottle code. Pours very hazy orange copper color with a 2 finger fairly dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big banana, orange peel, lemon zest, pear, apple, grape, clove, wheat, bubblegum, bread, herbal, floral, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, malt, and hop notes; with good strength. Taste of orange peel, banana, pear, apple, grape, lemon zest, wheat, bread, bubblegum, clove, herbal, floral, and yeast earthiness. Light wheat tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of orange peel, banana, pear, apple, grape, wheat, bread, bubblegum, clove, herbal, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice balance and robustness of fruity/spicy yeast, malt, and hop flavors; with a nice malt/fruitiness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a moderately creamy, smooth, and fairly crisp mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very nice Hefeweizen. All around good balance, robustness, and complexity of yeast, malt, and hop flavors; and very smooth to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

500 ml bottle.
Pours a cloudy amber colour with a white thick head. Aroma of clove, tart citrusy notes and some banana notes. Flavour of sweet banana, orange zest, tartness, yeast and rather strong spiciness. Medium bodied, smooth mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Refreshing. A nice tart-ish hefeweizen.

Very dark yellow colour with light haze. Citrusy aroma. Flavour is quite zesty and also yeasty. Clean and easy to drink.

500ml bottle. Cloudy dark golden to amber colour with thick, creamy, long lasting, white head. Really intense fruity aroma, lots of pear notes, some banana, clove. Taste is spicy yeasty, the fruit notes are less intense, more background-ish, still mostly pear, some banana, moderately sweet; full-bodied. Excellent.

Keg, BrewDog Brum, 16/11/13. Murky, slim capped honey amber viscous with condition. Huge aroma of strawberry, sherbet, banana, cream, champagne and clove. Massive rounded estery goodness full of Bazooka chew, banana, clove, cinnamon and.prosecco suggestions. Really solid weizen- in fact the best tap German beer I’ve ever had in the UK.

0.5 l bottle from the brewpub in Laaber... Nice clody brown-golden color, stable head... Tasteful hop and wheat aroma of banana and some citrus... Quite perfect traditional Weizen taste, mild, refreshing and full of aroma... Mild fruity ending...
