From Carrefour. In Teku glass. Playing 12 Labours of Hercules 4. The espelt provides a original profile, much better than in my previous experience with this cereal. Malty, a bit sweet and strawy

I bought this beer in France and I drank it at home. It is a regular beer, not bad, refreshing. First, the color is nice, brown and troubled. The taste is malty and the taste is a bit sour, discreet touch of limon and plum coming from this cereal "l’épeautre". It is in the same way than a roggen beer, a bit watery, average carbonation, few hop.

Bottle. Gift from a French friend. Pretty underwhelming, but the flavor of the spelt was a nice different change from obviously most of what we drink here in the States.

Piwo Ekologiczne z orkisza o przyjemnych wiosennym zapachem natury. Piana spora i trwala sniezno biala. Kolor piwa jaskrawo zolty z lekka metnoscia. Orzezwiajace w smaku orkiszowe typowe, trochę ryzu gotowanego wyczulem.

BlackHaddock (7416) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - JAN 12, 2016
33cl bottle from Beers of Europe into an old but lovely vase shaped ’Paderborner Gold Pilsner’ glass at home on 12th Jan 2016. Hazy golden body with a smooth, deep white head on both pours. Grainy nose and taste, yeast esters also, this is like a semi-Weissbier in both looks and flavouring but without any pronounced Banana or Vanilla taste. Decent, but not what I expected.

allmyvinyl (10723) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - DEC 4, 2015
330ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours amber with a light haze, no real head, low carbonation. Aromas of butterscotch, sweet grains. Taste is sweet, some herbal notes on the finish. Flat, not great.

Cerbier (814) - - OCT 28, 2015
0,33l Flasche.
