33cl bottle, FR-Denn’s Biomarkt - bb 2014. Mild but pleasant fruit-acidic, almost wheaty nose. Tastewise a damp mix of apple peel, bread crust with sulphuric notes, vegemite competing with subtle peppery hops. Palate is vegemite-starchy and dry. Drinkable with no specific lustre, worthy of a true Bio-sealed offering. Karstenborg (1145) - Hasselager, DENMARK - APR 5, 2014
