Leighton (22769) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 8, 2012
Bottle at the hotel in Berlin. Pours clear gold with a fine, white foam head. Sweet bready malt aroma with some lightly toasted sugars. Interesting flavor. Light to medium sweet with toasty cereal, light pine and plastic, some light leafy bitterness. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet and malty on the finish, quite bland with...is that menthol? Also light rubber. Yeah, pretty bland at times, but also pretty odd.

chrisv10 (18696) - DENMARK - APR 19, 2012
Bottle, 4,9%. Slightly hazy deep golden with small off-white head. Aroma if malt, fruit and a little hops. Flavour is malt, medium sweet, fruit, little caramel, little bitter, little nutty, wheat and herbs.

3.3
ganache (6087) - New Jersey, USA - APR 6, 2012
Bottle by 08.09.2012. Sweet nose of caramel and grain, seemingly more spicy rye than spelt. Dark orange with some brown hues and a creamy, rocky white head. Taste is liltingly, singingly sweet, and not overdone, gentle grain with no hops, precise and supple but not flashy. Medium body is stocky but not heavy, good malt flex and no alcohol. Very simple but with good craftsmanship, a lifesaver for some.

andrepintado (3745) - Porto, PORTUGAL - APR 3, 2012
UPDATED: JUN 28, 2013 Bottle from Brio supermarket in Lisbon, Portugal. Dark golden color. Medium white head. Low to medium carbonation. Low bitterness. Cereal and malt aroma. I don’t know the taste of spelt, but this is nice. Quite equilibrated.
