ganache (5893) - New Jersey, USA - APR 6, 2012
Bottle by 08.09.2012. Sweet nose of caramel and grain, seemingly more spicy rye than spelt. Dark orange with some brown hues and a creamy, rocky white head. Taste is liltingly, singingly sweet, and not overdone, gentle grain with no hops, precise and supple but not flashy. Medium body is stocky but not heavy, good malt flex and no alcohol. Very simple but with good craftsmanship, a lifesaver for some.

andrepintado (3396) - Lisbon, PORTUGAL - APR 3, 2012
UPDATED: JUN 28, 2013 Bottle from Brio supermarket in Lisbon, Portugal. Dark golden color. Medium white head. Low to medium carbonation. Low bitterness. Cereal and malt aroma. I don’t know the taste of spelt, but this is nice. Quite equilibrated.

suurjuust (3530) - ESTONIA - FEB 14, 2012
Slightly hazy orange, small white head. Malty-grainy nose, grainy-honeyish sweetish taste with some vague hops. Bland.

saxo (18298) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - DEC 16, 2011
Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, bread and hops.

Hansen (8595) - Assentoft, DENMARK - AUG 20, 2011
Golden coloured and hazy. Has a white head, mostly lasting. Aroma is caramel, faint smoked, a bit odd. Flavor is starts moderate sweet, notes of broth, light bitter finish. Salty. Soft carbonation.

Zita (6325) - Assentoft, DENMARK - AUG 20, 2011
rotten eggs, golden, clear, white foam, light sweetness, lightly bitter, light body, thin feel, watery finish.

HenrikSoegaard (14166) - Randers, DENMARK - JUN 23, 2011
Bottle. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Spelt present. Short moderate bitter finish. Watery palate. OK speltbier.

Test vom 18.7.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 7,11,13,11,8,12 - 11,15

crossovert (12874) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 18, 2011
Fruity, light, mild spice. This is a pretty generic beer when it is all said and done.

Radek Kliber (7347) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - JUN 15, 2011
Bottle 330 ml
Aroma fresh hop with sweetness of malts. Over all bland and with out character.
Appearance fine haze on amber-gold. Medium white top with shorter lifespan. 3-
Flavor and Palate : medium light bodied with watery thin follow up. Slight grainy notes , slight tartness to it. Bland overly carbonated brew.
