Bottle @ home. Hazy orange color, small off-white head. Aroma has some influences of banana, sweetness and hay. Taste is about the same: sweetness, hay, not much more. Low to medium body and carbonation.

Original taste of dark brown beer and pilsener with a low percentage of alcohol. Bought in a German ecological store.

sjogro (4734) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - OCT 7, 2017
Bottle from maakun at Puttetjes’. Massive thanks. Clear golden. Sweet grainy malts, gumball coating. Thin body and soft carbonation.

As Speltor. Bottle from some French Bio mart shared. Almost clear golden with white head. Quite grainy, dust, sweat bread, sugary, light malt syrup, soft weedy hops. Quite sweet and light bitter and very light sour. Just medium bodied.

I found this a very interesting addition to the beer landscape, rich in taste and flavor, well-balanced.

Bottle from organic shop, as Speltor. Refrshing, not bad but not ubforgettable

From Carrefour. In Teku glass. Playing 12 Labours of Hercules 4. The espelt provides a original profile, much better than in my previous experience with this cereal. Malty, a bit sweet and strawy

I bought this beer in France and I drank it at home. It is a regular beer, not bad, refreshing. First, the color is nice, brown and troubled. The taste is malty and the taste is a bit sour, discreet touch of limon and plum coming from this cereal "l’épeautre". It is in the same way than a roggen beer, a bit watery, average carbonation, few hop.

skoisirius (1908) - Earth, Washington, USA - MAY 29, 2016
Bottle. Gift from a French friend. Pretty underwhelming, but the flavor of the spelt was a nice different change from obviously most of what we drink here in the States.

dexcansino (585) - Andalucía, SPAIN - MAY 22, 2016
Cerveza ecológica de espelta. No tiene gran sabor recordable, pero el hecho de ser de un cereal alternativo y ecológica hace que le dé más puntos.

Piwo Ekologiczne z orkisza o przyjemnych wiosennym zapachem natury. Piana spora i trwala sniezno biala. Kolor piwa jaskrawo zolty z lekka metnoscia. Orzezwiajace w smaku orkiszowe typowe, trochę ryzu gotowanego wyczulem.
