Comes out of the bottle dark, hazy honey-amber with a fairly thick and somewhat fluffy pale buff head. Strong, hoppy aroma has a resiny overtone and a citrus underpinning, more sweet than sour, like a tangerine or Mandarin orange. Flavor is hoppy and satisfying, somewhat citrus, though a little thin. Texture is smooth and fizzy, but none too firm. Still, give it a try - it could have you howling at the moon. DSG (14764) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - OCT 26, 2013

Bottle shared by Dr Silverworm. Poured hazy copper color with an average frothy off-white head that lasted with good lacing. Moderate to heavy spruce, citrus hop and earthy aroma. Medium to full body with a slick texture with soft carbonation. Moderate to heavy bittersweet flavor with a moderate to heavy bittersweet finish of medium to long duration. Very good brew. 750ml bottle, shared with tmoney99 and alexsdad06. Completely hazy amber color. Thin off-white head. Spots of lace. Good citrusy, lightly sprucy hop, light caramel malt in the nose. Medium to bigger body. Smooth, soft / crisp lighter carbonation. More dry finish. Biscuity malt flavor, light caramel, light pine and orange citrus, some peppery spice. Moderate bitter taste, some malty sweetness, moderate spicy taste. Solid... Maybe a little softer and more malty than I prefer, but it’s a more biscuity malt than a caramel malt. Nice to try an IPA from France, better than expected, and would satisfy a hop craving if I was in the country. It’s just a bit different than the American IPAs I prefer, though. 33cl bottle (7%), thanks to sebletitje, pours with a hazy copper body that supports a light tan head of foam. The modest aroma offers up some pine hop resin mixing with sweet citrus hard candy. The taste is similar offering up thin ribbons of pine hop resiny notes bleeding into grapefruit and tangerine where it runs from malt sweetened citrus and then back to resiny citrus nuanced pine hops. Pretty nice with a decent load of hops but lacks cohesion and harmony. tiong (7259) - Espoo, FINLAND - JUN 25, 2013
