Double IPA like looks, with lasting off white head and light brown glowing body. Rich hop aroma, a well made mix of American hopped tropical fruits and darker forest like ones. Very pleasant caramel malt base underneath. Good mouth feel, not too thin and not too much carbonation. Strong bitterness at first, with only some darker fruit juiciness to balance. I don’t mind this though, as the taste is rich enough to justify that fierce bitterness. So not quite an American style, full ipa body but rather a strongly hopped hopped French interpretation. And that’s fine by me. Tasty. (33cl bottle from Bière Révolution)

Pours hazy amber with beige head. Aroma is malty with some caramel and has a primarily grassy hoppiness with some fruit. Taste is malty with light bread and caramel yet hoppy with grassy and fruity notes. Finish is balanced malty and bitter.

Big bottle that foamed over when opened. Huge foamy head over coppery color. Smooth and balanced, a bit of caramel malt, light bitterness with a hint of floral hops and some bitter citrus zest.

Bottle from Cave a Bulles. Pours hazy orange with a very slight head. Aroma of light stone fruits. Med body or nearly. Carbonation is a bit strong. It’s bitter, and the flavor is mostly stone fruits with a bit of caramel for backbone. Not the USA NW approach, but a good beer. rondphoto (4383) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - SEP 24, 2015
Hazy dark amber with lots of small bits of sediment floating by. Fluffy, out-of-control head, that never quite gives up, cobwebs of lace. Aroma of malt and grass. Taste is bright carbonated malt that has overtones of grass and hay, as well as clean loam, that moves to a lightly bittered finish. The over-abundant head is a huge distraction, otherwise, a solid drinking brew, even if it is light on hops. Maakun (5393) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - MAY 6, 2015
75cl bottle, 6.1%. Clear amber with big and fluffy cream colored head. Nice lacing. Quite a lot of grapefruit, some marmalade, pine, thyme, lime juice. Soft sweet malty with some toast and roasted grains. Medium sweet with medium bitter finish. Medium bodied with slight creamy feel and soft but full carbonation. Pretty decent IPA.
