UPDATED: NOV 23, 2015 Rerate ()23.11.2015 : 33 cl, bottled. Pours black with a decent beige head, Aroma: Chocolate, coffee, roasted malt. Notes of hay. Taste: Malty, chocolate, coffee flavours. Bread. Nuts. Some hoppy characters, pine, spruces. Palate: Medium body, average carbonation. Licorice in aftertaste. Not bad. (No score changes, 8-4-8-4-16)! ----- cl, bottled. Pours black with a nice tan head. Creamy chocolate comes to mind just by looking it. Aroma: Spruces and roasted malt, cocoa. Taste: Roasted bitterness. Mildly sweet. Pleasant. Roasted flavours, long aftertaste, nutty roast. Roasted malt comes nicely without sacrificing hops. Pleasantly in balance. Excellent. (8-5-8-4-16, 13.11.2013)

UPDATED: DEC 5, 2015 Kyllä on kova tämä nykyään. Ei ole ihme että on Suomen kärki. Tasapainoinen. Olisiko jopa parantunut tekoprosessi?

TET (2991) - Kaarina, FINLAND - NOV 9, 2013
UPDATED: NOV 12, 2013 A pitch black beer with a medium, dense and light brown head. The nose is roasted with coffee, at the same time also strongly citrusfuity and fresh, liquirice, some sweetness, hint of pine needles and strawberries. Taste is powerfull, strongly roasted and grapefruity, strong bitterness, some black coffee. The end is very long and strong, sour and grapefruity bitterness stays in the mouth. Medium+ bodied, low carbonation, quite smooth to drink. The powerfull beer with the strong and grapefruity hoppyness, very enjoyable.

Kahvinen, kaakaoinen ja paahteinen tuoksu. Kylmänä myös hieman anista, joka on selvemmin läsnä maussa. Salmiakkisuutta myös.
