Tight 1cm head is fully lasting atop the almost black hue. Fruity, almost smoky blackberry nose. Rather simple, but refreshing brew with a high level of sweetness that is cut by an intense carbonation. Powdery mouthfeel with cocoa, sour berries and nutty intricacies. A lovely take on the dunkel style. Christian (13923) - Odense, DENMARK - SEP 28, 2007

(Draught at GBBF, London, 9 Aug 2007) Black colour with pale brown frothy head. Malty nose with roasted notes of wort, chocolate and brewing-house. Malty, grainy taste with roasted notes of wort, swedish small beer (svagdricka), cola and dark rye bread. Rather sweet, not very bitter. Very tasty, very much in the style of traditional swedish small beer, but with more body and more alcohol. fonefan (52351) - VestJylland, DENMARK - SEP 6, 2007
