330ml bottle, from trade with MonsterMagnet. Many thanks! Oloroso sticker on the neck, so I’m guessing this is the correct beer, but I got next to no Oloroso influence in the taste. Pours hazy yellow, small white head. Aroma has a soft sweetness, perhaps a little herbal. Taste seems more in tune with a generic blonde character, got little in terms of a bright tripel punch. Ok.

UPDATED: MAY 12, 2017 Bottle. Golden pour. Aroma of candisugar, yeast, vanilla, snoepjes and caramel. Taste has soft vanilla, yeast, caramel, raisiny booze, candisugar, white grape, oak and a sweet fruity finish. Has some funk even. Oloroso comes through in a nice and subtle way. I almost never drink tripels anymore, but this one is a fine example.

Ysok02 (1763) - Mons, BELGIUM - MAY 7, 2017

PotjeBier (3628) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - APR 30, 2016
33 cl bottle @ home, thanks to Bierkoning! Dee pgolden color, hazy. White head with small layer retention. Aroma’s: triple-fruity, light sherry-notes. Retronasal it’s fruit, light sweet, some alcohol, sherry notes, light spices. Flavor is light sweet, with some fruity sourness. Fairly strong alcohol feel. Medium bodied. Flavors linger, finishing slightly bitter. Good triple, the sherry actually makes it reminiscent a bit of an aged triple. Nice one.

blackisle (2758) - Amsterdam IJburg, NETHERLANDS - MAR 31, 2016
Bottle 33cl. Poured into a chalice. Clear medium amber, very small fizzy off-white head, disappears within seconds, minimal lacing; sweet malty aroma, caramel, mead or perry, vanilla, alcohol; taste light heavy sweet and light bitter, malty, fudge, bitter orange, light honey, long duration, sweet alcoholic finish, spicy and woody notes; full body, slick texture, soft carbonation; strange brew, complex but not well-balanced.
