A multi-layered stout aged for 6 months in rum barrels from the island of Martinique. The beer is named with the ancient Estonian war cry that was used when attacking the enemy. You might want to pronounce it something like Tah-rah ah-vee-tah! and it means ’May Thor help us!’

Shared bottle at Cirkus, Stavanger. Pours very dark brown with a small creamy beige head. Big malty aroma, sweet booze, molasse, dark fruits. Taste is light sweet and roasted malts, warming rum, good thick oily body, long alcohol finish

Genialny aromat rumu na pierwszym planie. Do tego nuty drewniane i czekoladowe. W smaku natomiast gorzej - jest kawa głównie i trochę czekolady. Trochę za pusto. Mogłoby być bardziej oleiste. Nisko nagazowane.

What’s Brewing 2016, day 1. Black body with a small brown head. Big roasty aroma with lots of chocolate and oak notes. Taste is sweet and malty with dark fruits, rum notes, bitter coffee, almonds. Sweet and thick lasting finish with mild booze notes. Very well done.

Aromă medie, plăcută, ușor dulce, predominant cafea ușor prăjită, cafea cu lapte, ceva malț prăjit, ceva butoi, rom, fructe negre în alcool.
Gust amărui, sec, predominant malț prăjit, boabe de cafea, amăreală ușoară de cafea învechită, ceva butoi și rom, puține fructe negre.
Foarte bună.

BOTTLE 33 CL shared. Hazy really dark drown, coffee head. Rich malty aroma, milky caramel, warming alcohol, not too roasty. The taste is dry dark malty, a little cheesy, low grassy bitterness, drying alcohol, not much roasty flavours. Good, but not outstanding.

Maersk (351) - MOLDOVA - JUL 9, 2017
Pitch brown, small creamy coffee head. Roasted classic aroma, bit of alcohol. Medium body, a bit smoky, licorice and a bit of tar. Alcohol in the aftertaste.

Bottle with friends, thanks Tide! Black with tan head. Raisin, wine yeast. Watery and flat with wine, char, rum, booze. Either too young or too old. Hard to tell.
