Bouteille 330ml. Couleur noire opaque, mousse moka foncée onctueuse mais fugace. Arôme de noix de coco grillée, café un peu vert, alcool. Goût de malt torréfié, chocolat noir, café noir, alcool, amertume moyenne-faible, très sucré, caramel, noix de coco plus subtile qu'au nez. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen-dense.

330 ml bottle from BeerLovers, bb 15/11/20.
Black body, with a medium, creamy, moderately lacing, brownish head.
Aroma of melting dark chocolate, coconut, vanilla, soy sauce, coffee, cocoa powder, some dark fruits.
Tastes similar, pretty sweet, but very smooth and dense.
Full, creamy mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes warm, moderate roasty, medium sweet, with cocoa, coconut, soy sauce, chocolate, coffee, some liquorice.

Really tasty. More in the sweet side, while with enough roasty notes. Dense and complex, with lovely chocolate notes throughout and the coconut well integrated. Great warming, dessert sipper.

Flaske 330ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Langnes. Svart. Mokkafarget filmskum. Kakaoaroma. Smaken kakao & sjokolade. Ettersmak av kokos. I søtligste laget.

330ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Espresso head fading over a jet black body. Dotted spots on the glass. Delicate aroma of nicely roasted malt with a rich cocoa touch. Solid taste character of vanilla chocolate, coconuts and moments of dark fruits. Warming, mid-sweet malty ending. Velvety smooth in the mouth. Slow sipper. Lovely stuff, not overly sweet. (Tromsø 11.02.2018).

Borefts IX. Day 2. Keg. Opaque black - brown beer, small tan head. Smooth palate, fairly dry and with decent fine carbonation. Sweetish dark malts and sweetish dark chocolate. Little spice. Modest cocoa. Traces of coconut and licorice. Light dry finish leaves a spicy linger. Sweet but dry.

3/XII/17 - on tap @ Billies Craft Beer Festival - BB: n/a (2017-2107) Thanks to the Belgian, Dutch and German ratebeerians for sharing today's beers!

Clear dark brown to black beer, no head. Aroma: very sweet, coconut, lots and lots of chocolate, nice roast, vanilla, pretty sweetish. MF: soft carbon, full body, quite an alcohol burn in the throat. Taste: sweet, so much chocolate, soft roast, bitter touch, alcohol noticeable, some vanilla, more roast. Aftertaste: bitter, chocolate, roasted barley, sweet malts, dry bitter finish, some alcohol.

0,33l bottle at home. BB 15.11.2020. black color, small coffee colored head. looks very oily. smells of coconut, coffee, bit parfumy, bit earthy, love the smell. full body, basically no carbonation, very oily mouthfeel. tastes of coffee, some coconut, earthy, licorice, bitter chocolate, cocoa, spices, light liqueur, some soy sauce. finishes rather balanced with hints of sweetness and light roast malts and notes of cocoa, coconut and soy sauce. lovely beer, gets rather heavy once it warms up (so I prefer this a bit more chilled), but overall very good to drink, great complexity. another very very good one by Pöhjala.
