Pours pitch black, topped with pretty sizeable and lasting creamy coffee colored head. Pleasant roasted coffee nose with a bit of chocolate in there. Sweet fruity start, berries and dry fruits, followed by gentle roastiness. Just a hint of sourness hidden in the mix, slight hardly felt alcohol warmth and quite lasting coffee-like aftertaste. Creamy body, quite full. A bit overly sweet, but not bad at all.

Overcarbonated, beautiful aroma. Lacks the body, dry aftertaste. Expected more.

Draft @ Planet Oedipus ’17. Black color. Dense brown head. Aroma’s: coffee, roast, sweetish, red fruit. Retronasal it’s firm ground coffee, roasted, sourish, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet with some roasty sourness. Medium bodied. Log finish with lots of roast and light bitterness.

On tap at Planet Oedipus. Black colour, beige head. Aroma of lots of green pepper, strong espresso, coffee beans. Flavour also of loads of green pepper, coffee beans, coffee grounds, espresso, roasted malts, toffee, hint of chocolate, coffee bitter finish. Medium bodied. Over the top.

Very prominent coffee aroma, roasted malts, some sweetness (fruit, chocolate). Good solid body, long coffee-bean-bitter finish. I get why this is a good beer, but the overpowering coffee taste is not for me.

UPDATED: AUG 8, 2017 Very obvious coffee taste, slightly dry finish. Overall a good beer, but I would prefer other coffee beers, such as Emelisse Espresso stout for example

Bottle @cgarvie (1st May, the May Day Tasting, rating backlog). Pours black almost no head. Nose is huge coffee, slight chocolate and vanilla. Taste is along the same lines but its just a bit too much coffee for me.

Bottle. Pours black with a gorgeous brown foam subsiding slow. Scent is medium notes of caramel and light coffee notes. Taste is gorgeous milk Stout with flavors of wood resin, toast, mousse, cocoa, some properties of wood and grass. Finish is smooth and mildly capsaicin. Excellent.

I really like the Must Kuld coffee series. Nice balanced with roast, chocolate and coffee. A coffee which I can appreciate. Not the cold coffee serving you get in a lot of porters. Nice.
