Pours pitch black, topped with pretty sizeable and lasting creamy coffee colored head. Pleasant roasted coffee nose with a bit of chocolate in there. Sweet fruity start, berries and dry fruits, followed by gentle roastiness. Just a hint of sourness hidden in the mix, slight hardly felt alcohol warmth and quite lasting coffee-like aftertaste. Creamy body, quite full. A bit overly sweet, but not bad at all.

UPDATED: JAN 19, 2018 Bottle. Hearty near black with a tight brown head. Rich coffee aroma and flavour, balanced with roasted malts and hints of cream. Delicious.

UPDATED: DEC 30, 2017 .330 bottle at home. Appearance - pitch black with a minimal tan head. Aroma - big coffee nose, with some sweet notes and a very faint hint of liqorice. Palate - medium to full thick body, oily rather than creamy, very softly carbonated. Taste - some more coffee, notes of roasted malts and dark chocolate, some sweetness. Aftertaste - long, more sweet than bitter, even more coffee. Overall - I deem this drink the coffeer (coffee beer), 'cus coffee is the dominant component. It is good (coming from someone who doesn't enjoy coffee), well rounded, quite easy drink. For all coffee lovers out there who might not enjoy beer otherwise.

Dark brown with vegetal coffee nose, similarly vegetal coffee and some nice brown malts.

Bottle shared at a drinking session with Višnja 666 and Pilot Goran in the summer of 2017. Thanks! Black, small tan head. Strong coffee and spicy roasty aromas. Dry, burnt! Medium to full body, roasty finish. Nice coffee character!

330ml bottle from Vinmonopolet Langnes, shared with friends at my workplace. Espresso head fading over a jet black body. Clingy lacing. Plain coffee nose. Well blended taste of coffee grounds and chocolate. Slightly roasted malty ending, long-lived. Fine bodied. Nice. (Breiviklia, Tromsø 15.12.2017).

Bottle at Black Christmas 2017
Black color. Aroma of roasted malts and jalapeño. Dark malts flavor, a bit sour, cucumber, fruity. Not bad but weird.

Bottle @ home. Opaque pitch black color, medium sized brown head that diminishes relatively quickly. Aroma is malts, dark malts, coffee. Taste malts, dark malts, coffee, dark chocolate. Overall imo surprisingly soft, surprisingly smooth and surprisingly 'not so bitter'. Smooth mouthfeel, oily texture, soft carbonation. Nice!

330mL bottle, pours jet black with a small brown head. Aroma is full of rich espresso, followed by chocolate, and the perfect amount of sweetness from the lactose. Flavour is rich and decadent, with a wonderful mix of chocolate, espresso and lactose. Really, this is super rich and dessert-like without being close to cloying. Wonderful stuff.
