330ml bottle from High Point. BB 2018-01-05. Pours a very dark brown with a dark beige head. Aroma is roasted malt with berry and some iron notes. Similar taste with lots of iron in it. I wish this one does not have iron notes in it, but I can't rate it higher because of it. Also, I assume that black currants were not a good addition to this beer. A couple of sips of this iron bomb were more than enough, the rest was sent to the sink.

DuffMan (10928) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - JAN 28, 2018
Bottle shared with Rockley. Near black with a creamy brown head. Rich dark malts, a touch of soy sauce, with undertones of juicy black currant. Delicious.
