Draught @ Porgu
Aroma has citrus, some spices and sweet apricot. Flavour is spicy with coriander, citrus and . Foamy but somewhat creamy palate. Leathery palate with some orange peel. Slightly sticky and a bit too spicy but refreshing anyway.
Tap @ Põrgu. Pours slightly hazy golden with small white head. The head stays. Aroma is lemon, wheat, ginger, fruits. Taste is sweet, intense sourness, fruity, lemon, wheat, ginger. Overall: ok light beer, but nothing exciting. jinroh (1524) - ESTONIA - JAN 4, 2014
330 ml bottle. Pours pale, almost white - as the name suggests. Strong citrus in the aroma, a bit of yeast, some sweet candy, ginger and anise also there. Taste has some lemon peels, quite strong ginger flavour. All in all, nice refreshing summer beer, pretty light - and would go well with a variety of different foods. Has some lemon peels in the aftertaste, would like to drink this somewhat unusual witbier in a hot summer day! visionthing (5292) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - NOV 26, 2013
33cl bottle as a gift in Tallinn. Pours hazy pale golden with a small, white head. Fairly mid aroma of ginger, wheat and fruits with hints of lemon peel. Medium sweet and a bit fruity with some citrusy notes and a mild gingery finish with some bitterness. Slightly soda-like, but nice and refreshing. Interesting and certainly drinkable, but I imagine it would be nicer on a nice summer day. (2013-11-10) Senka (1082) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - OCT 30, 2013
33cl bottle. Opened 29.10.13. Aroma of freshly grind ginger and lemon - a bit over the edge, more of a tutti-frutti mix. Pours slightly hazy, with a frothy white head. Tastes like lemonade and krystal wheat beer mix. Fruity, with a dash of citrus fruit. Ginger is in the balance to my taste. Surprisingly full bodied brew for the type. Plenty of fizz - I would serve next one in a champagne flute glass. Reminded me of summer - this would be perfect brew for May-June. I would suggest serving it around 8-10degC.

Absurd lemony aroma. reminds me of household cleaning products. Also reminds me of one of the simas I brewed, probably one of the gingery ones. Pale hazy orange, brief fizzy head. Watery palate, crisp carbonation. Yup, just like my sima. Citrus dominates, wheat not realy identifying itself as a grain, even though it’s made it a little fuller. Disappointed - I could make this at home for less!

Better this time, less like lemon-fresh bathroom cleaner. But still too quirky with too much of the lemon.

Bletch. Soap, perume, floor cleaner. Mess (same sample as Laiti)
Yellow. Practically no head. Ginger dominates the taste. The later is kind of sour. Also some cooked vegetables. Medium body, average carbonation. In sum - strange interpretation of wit, disappointment for me. Marduk (7588) - Reval, ESTONIA - OCT 24, 2013
Tap. Hazy orange color. Tiny to almost no head. Strong ginger, spicy, sweet and sticky aroma. Clove, gingerbread, slight graininess, ginger, sweet and dead yeast flavor. Ginger spiciness in aftertaste. Weird one.
