Bottle from Vinmonopolet Tønsberg. Golden body. White head. Pine, citrus, grapefruit and some floral flavour. Bitter. A bit thin, and a bit too soft carbonation.

NORSAND (82) - Lillestrøm, NORWAY - JAN 17, 2017
0.33 l Bottle. Clear medium amber / copper colour with small, short, off-white head. Nose: Citrus, mainly pink grapefruit, some tropical fruits, pine resin. Classical IPA nose. Taste: The arrival is quite smooth and soft, with maltiness and fruitiness balancing well off each other. Then come more grapefruit & malt (really seamlessly woven together), ginger and coriander. It´s got a medium body and medium carbonation. The hops is noticeable all the way through but never overpowering or too dominant, however it becomes more prominent in the exit and aftertaste. A malty and well balanced IPA where I would say the hops is very well integrated. An IPA for those who would like an IPA but doesn’t actually like too much hops (whoever they might be...). I find it "technically" flawless and almost perfect. But I feel that it falls a bit short on personality...

hajsman (140) - Gdañsk, POLAND - JAN 10, 2017
Fresh batch at the time, bottle. I’m quite suprised with other ratings but maybe other batches wasn’t so good. This one is totally flawless, no caramel but lot of citrus, resin and pine. Nice dry finish. Very refreshing and tasty. It’s not kind of "wow" beers but still highly recommendable and very good. Cheers
