This bottled brew poured a medium sized head of white colored frothy fine to medium sized mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a fair lacing and a softly carbonated hazy straw yellow colored body. The aroma was spicy with coriander and malts noticeable. The mouth feel was tingly from start to finish. It had a malty coriander bready flavor to it that was fairly decent.

Cloudy, but a very light gold body. The aroma is the classic clove and oranges, but a little weak. The taste is clove with flour and some very light citrus. There is an aftertaste is aspartame with a thin body. An ok wit, but it needs more body and flavor.

Another excellent beer to come from the stevens point brewing company. Cloudy with just the right amount of citrus taste to it, my new favorite white bier.

Bottle. Poured a small white head that was mostly lasting, fine-very large sized bubbles, fair lacing, semi-transparent, carbonated, and a straw yellow hue. Aroma was malty, orange and some spicy notes. Taste was sweet, orange and spicyness. Smooth, thin palate. Light body.

I love the cloudy beers! Not too cloudy though. Tastes of citrus, not overpowering. Only had this once at the Point premiere. Would try again.

IndianaRed (4782) - Boise, Idaho, USA - JAN 2, 2005
Bottle Pouts a cloudy, very light pale yellow witha quick white head and smooth thinck lacing. Aroma is that Belgian corriander with a citrus slant. Flavors are simlar but subdued and soft. Carbonation is soft as well. Fairly dry feel.

Cornfield (5569) - Oak Forest, Illinois, USA - JAN 1, 2005
This poured a cloudy pale straw color with a short-lived fizzy white head. The aroma is grassy with coriander, lemon, and orange. It’s got a softly carbonated mouthfeel. The taste is very mild but has some nice spiciness to it. It’s like a wit-lite.

12 oz bottle emptied into my lovely Gouden Carolus glass, and then into my recumbent for typing on my Dad’s computer in Wisconsin...fairly clear, bubbly light amber, a bit white wine-like, with a small but lasting snowy robe....spicy, assertive dry nose with hints of orange amongst the strong doses of coriander and yeast...also quite dry on the tongue, fairly light and a bit peppery, little fruit but a fair pepperiness and herbal quality. A nice lighter example of a style I don’t much care for.

Mangino (1027) - Mississippi, USA - DEC 6, 2004
Pours a lemony electric yellow, small white bubbly head. Aroma of lemon, banana and clove. Flavor is wheaty, with lemon, hops and a little orange.

Cloudy white yellow pour. Almost looks like an antacid concoction. This made me excited that an American brewery that’s trying to appeal to the masses by producing a heavily cloudy beer. Smell has a slight orange twist to it but is dominated by a spicey zing. The flavor is dominated by the spice which seems to have been overdone.
