Pleasantly surprised by this one. I’m not much of a fan of the other Point beers, but this one is decent. A light beer with more flavor and substance to it.
Not a bad choice if you are looking for something different from the heavier micorbrews, but not as plain as the run of the mill light beers.
This poured a darker yellow color with a white head. Aroma was slight oxidation, grainy and some honey. Flavor had more honey than expecting, a bit sweet, and some stale/oxidized lager in the back. drowland (8629) - Georgia, USA - AUG 24, 2009
12oz bottle from a sampler 12-pack. An alright beer, but there are definitely better honey beers out there. shigadeyo (3730) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUL 25, 2009

10/17/2007: Point Honey Light has a lightly grain-honey aroma. it tastes like a regular light lager with some added honey flavor and light graham cracker. This beer is very pale in color, crystal clear, and topped by a fleeting, small foamy head. It is also vey light in body with a thin and watery texture.
12 fl. oz. bottle shared by Tmoney99. Thanks Tom! Rating #79 for this beer.
Pours a bright honey coloured body, with a small grainy white top. Very light in the mouth, a touch of honey with lightly roasted malts. Tasted like a miller lite with honey in it. jason (1834) - Easton, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 10, 2008
Bottle. Poured a pale golden body with thin head. Aroma is buttery popcorn, sweet honey. Flavor is like a diactyl bomb of sweet honey and buttery popcorn, and a odd maltiness to it.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a very pale straw color with a medium sized white head. The aroma was light, sweet and tangy industrial lager. The flavor was lightly sweet and tangy with a sour undertone. There was a light touch of honey in the middle and a bitter and sour finish. Looks like a regular light beer only less carbonated. Aroma is stong with honey and flavor is very sweet. Drank it right after the most tart beer i have ever had so it was an interesting change of pace. I really liked this one and would buy it again. Preferably in the summer. lovemyipas (544) - nw burbs, Illinois, USA - JAN 2, 2008
pours a clear crisp yellow with a nice two finger fluffy white head. aroma is malt, hops, and honey with a touch of citrus and corn. has a light body with ok lacing and good carbonation. flavor is the same as aroma. it is an ok and session-able light honey ale. RSRIZZO (1986) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - NOV 30, 2007
Had this beer on 6/6/2007. Aroma has a faint scent of honey with a faint malt tones. Color is a light clear gold with fair carbonation and a thin head. Taste is bright and crisp. It starts with a light body that goes down easy with a crisp feel. The finish comes out with a sweet flavor that has tones of malt with only faint hints of honey. Its an ok beer for the summer. alexsdad06 (10268) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - NOV 24, 2007
12 oz. bottle shared by Tmoney99. Pours a slightly hazy light golden color with small white head. The aroma had a light amount of honey, fruits, malt, and the slightest touch of spices. The flavor, while refreshing, was all but non existant. Slight sweet honey malt and grass. This is truly a light beer. Watery mouthfeel.
