COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Point Oktoberfest is an authentic Marzen Style Lager Beer, a style reminiscent of the beers originally brewed for the first Oktoberfest Celebrations in Germany during the early 1800’s. Hand-crafted using Hallertauer hops and sweet Vienna roasted malts for a rich amber hue. The result is a full flavored, well balanced beer, brewed in celebration of the upcoming season.

Light clear cooper color. It smells like grassy spicy water with malts. Coincidentally, it’s also the same way it tastes as well but with a bit more of a grainy adjunct lager flavor. Calling this an "Marzen/Oktoberfest" style beer is an insult to beers that actually land in that catagory. Avoid this unless you like being disappointed

Spot on for a Marzen style beer. Not my personal favorite, but thats more the style’s fault.

12 ponce bottle. Clear with minimal carbonation to be seen. An off white head that is small. Soft fruity hops are smelled with light malt and honey. The flavor begins with that gentle fruit and easy spice. It seems to be sessionable. Mild bitterness here. An undertone of figs and tangerine. A zingy feel. There is not a lot of depth in this beer but this is pleasant and works nicely after a vigorous workout.

This is just average drinkable smooth.Nice gateway beer I guess if someone wanted to try something different. Nothing wrong with this Orange color very easy to drink.

It poured a light amber color with a white head. The aroma was of some honey and a little caramel. The taste was also malty with a crisp finish, but really not much else.

Several draught pints. pours a deep orange-amber with a small diminishing fizzy off-white head. Aroma is quite vegetal along with caramel malt, light hops, some light sugary sweetness and some toffee. Flavour of caramel malt, light hops, light vegetal notes, apples and a light bitter finish. Average to medium bodied. As far as Oktoberfest beers go its pretty good.

Bottle. Deep amber body with orange highlights. Big beige head, slowly diminishing The aroma was grainy with notes of toast and a hint of DMS and caramel. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly bitter. Medium body, watery texture and lively carbonation. Average Oktoberfest, but better than the other two beers I’ve had from this brewery.
