A decent American made Oktoberfest. Aroma was light roasted malt with a hint of peanut. Pour was light to medium brown with plenty of rising bubbles and a one finger off white head. Taste was nutty, with a roasted caramel base and an almost sweet sugary aftertaste. Not bad, but the nutty flavor just seemed off. beerchugger (717) - North Canton, Ohio, USA - SEP 19, 2011
Clear orange/golden color pour with a thin and almost non-existent head. Smells of sweet malts, slight crisp hops, and a touch of grain on the nose. These aromas translate to the palate as well with the cereal grains coming in near the finish. But it’s just too mild and the flavors that are there are too weak to provide much flavor at all. theshocker (329) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - SEP 29, 2007
This is the averagest oktoberfest ever created. It is outstanding in its averageness. There is nothing particularly horrible or good about this beer. conor23 (111) - Elgin, Illinois, USA - OCT 22, 2007
Aroma is fruityand malty. Taste is sweet and strongly malted. Not bad for the price, it at least bears resemblance to "real"Oktoberfest beers. KingpinIPA (841) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - DEC 15, 2007
Copper color. Smell of roasted malt, leaves, spice and bread. Taste of leaves, malt, nuts, spice, bread and caramel. At times, it was enjoyable, and then at other times it was harsh.

Bottle courtesy of canihave4beers. Pours copper with a white head. Smells of caramel, earthy. Tastes earthy with some light, spicy elements on the finish. jandd1983 (4680) - Wentzville, Missouri, USA - NOV 12, 2011
It poured a light amber color with a white head. The aroma was of some honey and a little caramel. The taste was also malty with a crisp finish, but really not much else. steve1966 (131) - Florida, USA - FEB 23, 2012
Pretty can thats for sure. Kind of watery I must say SA does it a lot better Octoberfest though I have had a few good beers from Point. This is just average drinkable smooth.Nice gateway beer I guess if someone wanted to try something different. Nothing wrong with this Orange color very easy to drink. ccex (1385) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 19, 2012
12 oz bottle pours a clear amber with a small white head and a little lacing. Aroma is mostly caramel malts, with some vanilla and a bit of grass. Finish has a light citrus touch. Body is light to medium without much carbonation. As the start of the name implies, it’s OK, but I won’t search for this next fall. Thankfully, I only paid $6 for a 6-pack. 12 ounce bottle from Total Wine, Virginia Beach. Pours a clear amber color with a thin off-white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of grainy toasted malts. The taste is toasted malts, apple, faint hop finish. Thin and slightly watery.
