Bottle shared with northropfrye via cards04. Smells and tastes like pumpkin pie! OMG! OMG! Finishes watery and not such a great appearance or palate but OMG the pumpkin pie smell and taste. Kudos to them for nailing this! northropfrye (3604) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - AUG 28, 2014
Thanks cards04. Dark orange body with sediment and a orangey/brown head, not much retention, though. All the pumpkin pie spices in the aroma. Taste is also quite sweet and full of fall spices. Abv well masked. Quite nice. Ed5388 (3480) - Forked River, New Jersey, USA - AUG 22, 2014
12oz bottle via 4 pack generously sent to me by my cousin Glenn. Poured a hazy deep amber color with a small creamy tan head. Aroma caramel, pumpkin, pie crust, amber malt, and cinnamon. Taste is pretty killer. Sweet caramel, cinnamon, nutmeg, pie crust, pumpkin, and vanilla cream. Taste like liquid pumpkin pie with whip cream. Definitely one of my new favorite pumpkin beers! lb4lb (2587) - Austin, Texas, USA - AUG 20, 2014
Smells rich and pumpkin pie like. Taste however is a bit boozy. no desire to taste alcohol in any beer but especially not something like this. Flavor otherwise is pretty good with nice pumpkin spice flavors. booze killed an otherwise great pumpkin beer. why make it 7.5%? cards04 (2801) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - AUG 11, 2014
This is one epic pumpkin beer. It actually tastes like a piece of pumpkin pie. Crust and all. Buttery, spicy, and earthy pumpkin wrapped up in a bottle. One of the best pumpkin beers I’ve had.

From the aggressive pour I got a two finger tall soapy head which is light tan in color. It quickly fades leaving just a thin film covering with slightly thicker ring at the edge. Under this is a deep amber body with good clarity and nice visible carbonation. There is pie spice and sweet malt in the nose here with just a hint of herbal hops coming through as well. As the aroma foreshadows there is a sweet bready and almost pie crust like maltiness with a heavy hit of pumpkin pie spice. Cinnamon and nutmeg are the standouts. The pumpkin/squashy character is light but noticeable. The finish has plenty of lingering pie spice and a little herbal flavor with mild hop bitterness. I also notice a little of the 7.5% ABV here too.

Pours a deep amber color with off-white head. Pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, and caramel malt on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes with some spice. Busick (390) - Lake Wylie, South Carolina, USA - JUN 20, 2014
Found a new pumpkin beer that I haven’t tried yet...well, it is worthy of the season! BVery (10510) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - JUN 16, 2014
Bottle. Wow, this is terrific. Murky deep orange pour. Lots of pumpkin and nutmeg in the aroma and taste. Medium to fuller palate. Really tasty. Has to be the best beer I’ve had from Point. troyc (2869) - Illinois, USA - MAY 2, 2014
[Bottle] Ruddy orange pour with a large amount of dense white head on top. Strong aroma of nutmeg, ginger and pumpkin pie spices. Taste is similar, with rich dark breads, pumpkin, dark brown sugar and allspice. Thicker palate than expected. Good balance. Hands down the best thing I have had from Point. Tasting notes from 12/2011.
