0.5L bottle bought @Pivoňka, Hradec Králové. Tall foamy beige-blond head. Body is clear, almost brilliant, very deep reddish ruby. Nice smell of gently toasted bready malts, fresh red berry-like fruitiness, and some light perfumed grassy hops. Surprisingly fruity flavor. Like sweetened cranberries. Also some lightly toasted malts and faint burnt caramel. Discreetly hopped. A light fruity acidity underneath. Medium full. Soft in the mouth. Some berry fruity endnotes. Quite unusual, but is very tasty and drinks good.

On tap at Mariatchi, Nitra. Big, steady white head, dark, reddish colour, aroma of malt and chocolate. Sweet, cherry taste, well balanced tastes, easy to drink, unfortunately short, unimpressive finish. Still good beer.

Aroma; bread, dark fermented fruit, yeast, chocolate, nut. Look; almond head, clear ultra-dark brown body. Taste; dark caramel, toffee, prune, chocolate, dark bread n leaves - sweet but balanced finish. Feel; good body, normal co2, soft on palate. Overall; good brew, goes well as sipper too. Draught: Clear, reddish-amber coloured, very slowly collapsing off-white head; moderate sweetish caramelly-toasty nose; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, but n o t t o o sweet , almost medium bodied; becomes slightly drier towards the distinctive caramelly and bitter finish. A goody......
