COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Optimism is great and all, but sometimes in order to open and operate a brewery in Lemont, you need to go “The Full Lemonty.” A crisp and clean golden ale brewed with white wheat, Belgian aromatic malts, and a blend of American hops leaving a delicate bitterness to balance the subtle, underlying sweetness. Both a gateway beer for new craft beer fans and an all-day sipper for the vet, this is something everyone can enjoy.

On tap at the brewery. Hazy golden orange appearance with a white head. Aroma is full of chemicals, plastic, and citrus. Oh boy, I’m scared to drink this. Twangy. Lemon, lime, citrus, bunch of green apple, full of chemicals. Awful and tastes like you’re drinking from the Cuyahoga River. Likely flammable.

crossovert (13869) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 4, 2015
Draft. Golden pour. Clean breast nose, hint of yeast. Flavor is crisp with a hunt if tartness, spice, earthiness, and a nice bready grain character.

3.5
tmoreau (4631) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - MAR 5, 2015
On tap at the brewery bar, and dispensed to a tall, house pint glass showing a cloudy, orange hue, with a modest layer of soft white head foam, and wavy lacing. The nose was rather subtle, with light grain, a touch of sweetness, and esters that were subdued as orange & pith. Light to medium bodied, with a lively, kind of seltzery carbonation, the taste also contributed a modest hop bitterness that was a combination of citrus and subtle rind-like notes. Decent flavor for the style, and sessionably refreshing.

MyPorterHouse (12) - Illinois, USA - FEB 22, 2015
Hay, wheat, bread, mild bbody, ggolden white color, soft finish, slight, citrus, would pair well with cracker and sipping all day
