750ml shared with GT2. Super light straw color, high carbonation. Aroma is doughy, white grape, light flowers. Taste is super dry, really lightly sour crisp apple, not Granny Smith thankfully. Palate is really balanced, light sweetness, refreshing.

Bottle shared with biggirlpanties and GT2. Light bodied, high carbonation, clean all around. Aroma is fresh and floral. Taste is white grape, clean, fresh, bright. Simple, easy to enjoy.

Bottle bought in Cervezorama. Pours a very pale gold with no head. Nose is apples, nutmeg, and light floral notes. Endogenous carbonatation, refermented in bottle. ¡Almost 8%! Very dry, sold as brut nature and delicious; there’s a lot of flavor in there, and new layers keep revealing themselves. Clean and astringent with good carbonation. Excelent and new concept of cider. Very good.

> A champagne style extremely zippy tart and explosively effervescent quenching summer cider

[ Bottle ][ Beer Study Chapel Hill NC ][ 75cl ][ $15 ][ Lost Abbey Teku ][ 4/15/14 ]
>> Pours brilliant white near neon green. Looks like champagne. Heavy champagne like carbonation. Cork came off with force. Nose is slightly funky, a tad gamey, super bright, sushi vinegar, ultra fresh heirloom apple, white peach, pear. Taste is bubbly front palate, clean and one-note mid palate with pear and Chardonnay. Back palate is a wicked quick finish of mildly tart yellow apple and unripe pear. Overall, insanely refreshing and bright. Impressive. Champagne-like, but not sulfury and stomach wrenching like blanc de blancs.

>!< ultra dry, huge carbonation

I like champagne and I like ciders. This cider is made with the champagne method and has a dry finish and incredibly bubbly palate. A very odd unusual cider. It reminds me of perennial sassionier. I liked it.

pour is bright and vibrant, extremely clear, brief bubbles. One of the few carbonated spanish ciders. Nose is full of lime and has a moderate earthy character, hints of tartness and barnyard. Flavor is same as aroma, with added mineral notes that thankfully fall short of metallic. Easy to drink, but notably lacking in complexity compared to top examples. Very enjoyable, and far from one-note, but needs more, especially considering the carbonation and resultant fairly mundane aroma, for top score.

Bottle. Pours a very pale gold with no head. Nose is apples, nutmeg, and light floral notes. Dry as a government publication and delicious; there’s a lot of flavor in there, and new layers keep revealing themselves. Clean and astringent with good carbonation. I like this one a lot.

"Presentación Nueva cosecha sidra asturiana DOP 2015".
Sparkling, baked apples, dry finish. Litle barnyard in nose. Enjoyable.

Pretty nice, well carbonated and bright with a pleasant tart apple aroma and taste. Subtle cheese rind Brett in the dry aftertaste. Crisp, tart, and well balanced.
