Tap @ In de Wildeman. Black / beige. Roasted malts, liquorice, zoethout. Very sweet, very low carbonation, low bitterness. So-so.
UPDATED: FEB 10, 2018 It’s a very drinkable stout with nice, subtle mouty tones. But to me this is not an Imperial Stout. DijkBier (688) - AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS - JAN 28, 2018
Bottle pours opaque, deep black, with a foamy beige/lightbrown head; OK retention. Aroma is mainly chocolate, with a bit of dark fruit, and some licorice. Taste is medium sweet, with a medium bitter aftertaste. Mouthfeel with firm carbo, and rather alcoholic. It's a nice RIS, but not really complex; quite sweet and not with a lot of different senses (as you sometimes meet with this type). EvNa (657) - Ede, NETHERLANDS - JAN 10, 2018
Bottle. Color: Very dark ruby, thin light brown head. Taste: Dark roasted malt, fruity, notes of red fruit and hints of green apple. Slightly below medium sweetness. Towards and at the finish notes of dark chocolate and some more bitterness. Medium body, below average carbonation. tderoeck (10983) - Gent, BELGIUM - OCT 31, 2017

Little clear dark brown beer, small creamy beige head, irregular, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: sweet smell, lots of overripe banana, spicy, nice roast, caramel, some alcohol. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet start, caramel, sugary, some vanilla, little bitter, banana, quite some alcohol. Aftertaste: coffee, soft roast, sweet, bitter, bit dusty, cocoa powder.
33cl Bottle from De Bierkoning. Black, no head, flat as a pancake. Aroma of liquorice, molasses, roasted malts, some dark fruits. Flavour is sweet, fruity, sticky, molasses and liquorice. Medium bodied. Lacks a bit of depth of flavour imho.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours pitch black with a small to medium beige head and an aroma of licorice, roasted malts, dried plums, cocoa, ripe fruits, toffee and figs. More like a quadrupel than a RIS, but still pretty nice.

Thank you Klaas! 330 ml. bottle sampled @ RBBSG17. Dark brown to black, mocha bubbles. Nose is herbal with brown banana, sugar, BE yeast, herbal, overripe dark fruit. Taste is herbal chocolate, cacao, mocha, BE yeast, brown banana, overripe fruit,… Body is BE dark fruit & herbal. Not too impressive painfully classical Belgian styled brew, RIS description is hugely unfitting here. yespr (49173) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - AUG 26, 2017
33 cl bottle. Pours hazy brown with a dmall tan head. Aroma is toasted malty. Slight caramelish. Breadish. Sweet. Toasted . Caramelish. Sweet and toasted malty. Slight breadish. tricksta_p (5466) - Steenwijk, NETHERLANDS - AUG 9, 2017
Bottle from Flink Gegist, Delft. Aroma is dark malt, dark fruits, prunes, coffee, blackcurrant, chocolate, and some liquorice. Flavour is sweet and moderate bitter. Body is a tad above medium. Not your typical Impie with its heavy dark fruits, then some more familiar flavours kick in with chocolate, coffee and dark malts. Anyway, I found it quite tasty.
