Bottle, 1pt, plastic milk-bottle style. Vintage 2008. A clear, golden cider with some off-white bubbles, but still. The aroma is quite vinegar-ish, but with enough apples to deal with it. Alcohol too. The flavor is quite vinegarish too, with a nice apple flavor. Really puckering, and with a good dash of acetone. Lasting finish with alcohol, apples and vinegar. A nice one, really intense, and damn flavorful. 100814

Handbottled 568ml. @ The Danish Summer Gathering, TTODRBSG10 - Ulfborg.

Clear medium orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, rum, horse blanket, barnyard, vinegar - aceton, dry wood. Flavor is heavy sweet and vinegar - acetic with a long duration, dry dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100814]

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, 2010. Pours clear amber with a creamy off white head. Acetone and apples. Tart and fruity. A bit warm. Quite rough an extreme with dominating acetone.

Handbottles. Pours light hazy deep golden with a small white head. Super dry acidic sour apples with light vinegar notes. The flavour is acetone, acid, sour apples and ends up very dry. Very nice indeed!

MiP (15960) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - AUG 14, 2010
Plastic bottle. Distinct acetone aroma. Some fruit in the nose, not necessarily apple. Hazy golden colour. The flavour starts off shockingly acidic, vinegary. Some acetone. Strangely enough, there is also a little apple. Apple core aftertaste. Tastes good, but is a bit rough on the tastebuds.

UPDATED: AUG 14, 2010 Cloudy amber with a tiny off white head. Sour aroma with loads of acetone, apples and vinegar. Flavor was bone dry with plenty of acetone, lacto, tannins, apples and vinegar. Finished sour and dry. Lovely!

Papsoe (25059) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - AUG 14, 2010
