COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hommel is the local abbreviation of humulus, from the botanical name for the hop plant. Confusingly, it also means bumble bee in Flemish. Poperings Hommelbier is a hoppy, golden-bronze, ale. It is made from a blend of winter, summer and aromatic pale malts.

Достаточно не типичный по вкусу Бельгийский эль.Пиво имеет большую шапку пены, слегка горчит. По вкусу чувствуется горечь с цитрусовыми нотками, включая апельсиновую цедру.

Hazy orange/golden liquid, small head. Aroma of fruits, citrus. Light body, little bit carbonation. Taste is bitter, lager-like.

Moutig blond bier. Vooral fruitig, maar ook zoet. Lekker bier, past goed bij een voorgerecht met hoppescheuten.

Smells sweet and of vanilla, tastes like a strong Belgian ale but very creamy, Rich and textured. Very interesting.

Keg 6 degrees north. Pours deep gold, foamy islands of white head. Huge Belgian yeast and hop aroma, made me all nostalgic for beers a plenty in Moeder Lambic. Rich wheaty full taste, honey and yeasty taste. Good stuff.
