Cloudy black with a lasting, beige head. Aroma of dark & dried fruits, roasted malt, coffee (with milk), some caramel, a dash of cream. It tastes medium caramel-like sweet and light roasted, spicy bitter with a long, toasty, finish & waming alcohol. Full body, oily texture, soft carbonation. A 'benchmark' Imperial Stout, utterly enjoyable, what more can one say?
Bottle 33 cl. Balck with a light brown head. Aroma of chocolate, dark fruits and some licorice sense. Sweet taste with a good warm chocolate and licorice end. Full bodied, nice taste, want more aroma. BB. 08.2019. Maakun (6434) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - NOV 18, 2017
Bottle at home thanks to Nisse666 for the bottle! Almost black with dark beige head. Sweet chocolate up front but also quite fruity with peach, red currants, and sweet pear. Light dry cocoa as well, strong sweet malts with toffee and malt syrup, some roasted grains in the background. Quite sweet with some roasty bitterness. Almost full bodied with slick oily feel and a bit low carbonation. It's nice but also lacking some depth for me. gr_pa (843) - siemianowice, POLAND - NOV 13, 2017
Dark brown. Medium to full body, rather porterish than stoutish. Dry fijish. Inhopwetrust (22) - Venezia, ITALY - NOV 10, 2017

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 9.5%, 60 IBU. Pitch black colour, huge tan head. Aroma of roast malts, coffee and dark chocolate. Slightly sweet flavour, roast malts, dark chocolate and coffee again, some bittering hops, hints of liquorice. Warming mouthfeel. Thunderverb (123) - Visby, SWEDEN - NOV 3, 2017
Pours black with a creamy brown foam. Aroma of oak, vanilla and some fruityness. Taste of coffee, caramel, liquorice, chocolate and vanilla. Perfect level of sweetness. Nice one! JorgeLee (2235) - Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 3, 2017
Bottle, Kris Wines. Deep almost black. Initial browny head, vanished rapidly. A pleasant imperial stout that somehow lacked a certain wow factor. Initially sweet malt, then some roast, chocolate, slightly bitter hop in the finish. Abv well hidden. If nitpicking, maybe it tasted a tiny bit thin to me, maybe I'd have wanted a bit more of the dark roasts in there. But it was nice. Fisler (692) - Bamberg, GERMANY - OCT 27, 2017
In der Nase Röstmalz, dunkle Schokolade. Im Trunk sehr schokoladig, süß, dann kommt die Röstung und schnell Zartbitter. Langer Schokonachhall. Feines Dessertbier. HenrikSoegaard (14620) - Randers, DENMARK - OCT 21, 2017
Bottle. Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate.
