This beer is base in an Alt beer, with lots of willamette and Spalt Select hops in the last aditions and in dry hopping, giving to this beer a complexe flavors. Populus is a colaboration between Gisberga y Cervezas artesanas lupulus.

Presenta marrn oscuro con media corona de espuma beige, ofreciendo buena retencin ; aromas a malta tostada, lpulo, chocolate y ctricos, en boca entrada media con amargor un tanto astringente que se mantiene hasta el final del trago, notas a naranja amarga y maltas tostadas, cuerpo medio ligero con carbnico moderado, pos gusto largo, amargo y seco; cerveza que destaca ms en matices olfativos que en boca , resultando descompensada y difcil de tomar.

Bottle @ William Wallace (Zaragoza). Cloudy brown colour with an off-white head with good lasting and nice lacework. Aroma is fruity, toasted malts, slightly spicy and herbal notes. Flavor is light caramel very good compensated with a mild bitterness, toasted malts and toffee. The final is bittery with a good duration, notes of toffee and toasted malts.
