Pours a murky orange, with a good sized white/tan head. Good lacing. Got some floral, piny scents coming from this one. You get the sweet malty flavor at the start and then it lets you have it with a strong bitter finish. Great beer,

Bottle. Poured a hazy medium orange color with an off white head. Lots of malty caramel and tropical fruit in the nose with an additional whiff of pine. Medium bodied and sweet with moderate bitterness. Citrus liqueur and caramel dominated the flavor with noticeable warming alcohol.

Bottle. Pours an unclear amber beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is hops with citrus and peach, and some caramel. The flavor follows the nose. The palate is bitter. Overall a really good beer.

Bottle from Kris WInes. Hazy orange pour with an off-white head. Lovely fruity, herbal, floral, hoppy aroma. Plenty of citrus notes in there. Flavours of barley sugars, grapefruit, bitter lemon, caramel. Good hop laden mouthfeel. Finishes bitter with a pleasant hop attack. Excellent American IPA.

A Mes rate. Bottle at home.
Bright orange with a good off white head. Amazing herbal hope nose with plenty of citrus fruit and a good dollop of sweet malty sugary stuff. The flavour is initially too sweet but it soon gives way to some glorious hoppy goodness. Big bitterness and citric fruitiness along with some utterly beautiful grassy and boarderline floral notes. The fruit is absolutely excellent plus there is just a tiny lick of liquorice that really makes it. Actually it’s a hell of a lot of liquorice, and it’s bloody excellent. Lengthy spicy finish. An excellent brew.

Bottle shared by AleDude. Pours a semi-hazy orange with a medium tan head. Grapefruit and pine hop nose with some malt in there as well. Flavor is hoppy and pine forward, followed by some sweet malt before a bitter grapefruit finish.

Bottle, bought @ Ølbutikken, Cph.
Pours hazy to muddy orange with a medium, frothy, off-white head. Lovely hoppy, resiny aroma, grapefruit, strawberry, heavy caramel sweet base. Medium to high carbonation, fine oily mouthfeel. Flavour begins hoppy though not extremely bitter. Piney, grapefruit, and fat, toasted caramel base. Finish is much more bitter, light vinious, herbal, grassy and piney. Amazingly hidden alcohol. Very nice, though it is not Port’s best effort.

22oz. bottle shared with Headbanger, poured into a snifter at 42°. Color is a hazy orange gold with good carbonation and a small very tight head. Aroma is a bold hoppy citrus scent with a little malt showing though. It has a full body that goes down with a rich feel. Finish comes in sweet with a bold malt flavor some fruit then its backed by a rich hop taste that gives a little citrus and an even bitterness. Wow this is one of the best Imperial IPAs I’ve had, the malt stands out big and rich and the hop are huge without going all grapefruit. Very well done brew.
