This is my favorite fresh hop IPA that I've tried so far. Taste of lemon and grapefruit.

An orange seasonal / Fresh Hopped IPA with white head. Aroma is very hoppy, fruity, green summer, marijuana. Taste is very bitter. JahNoth (1039) - Rochester, New York, USA - NOV 30, 2006
My god, beer cannot get much better than this! Light golden in color, fairly hazy, with a nice white head. Pungent aroma of green hops, exploding with lemon citrus and some pineapple. Juicy hoppiness tingles the tongue and is accompanied by tangy malt sweetness. Lingering grassiness but by no means is this hop monster astringent. Fantastic. Thanks Andy! paiste2002 (186) - Saugus, California, USA - OCT 12, 2008
22oz bottle, the second this evening. Nice hazy yellow/ straw color with a very nice big white head dwindling to some very nice lace. The Aroma is floral, citrus, pine, fresh! Flavor is fresh hops, citrus, flowery, malty sweetness, very very well balanced complex beer. Fresh, bright, crisp, this is what an IPA is all about! It was an eye opener last year, this year I’ve been waiting for this one from one of my all time favorite brew pubs. Had it on tap last Sunday at the new very cool Blue Palms in Hollywood, an incredible experience! Bottle or tap.

Pours a hazy gold with a nice thick head. Aromas of citrus and pine hops. Very crisp with incredible hop flavor with a hoppy bitter aftertaste that lingers foverever. Medium body, perfectly balanced. One of the best IPAs I’ve ever had the pleasure to try. ghawener (1607) - Santa Tecla, EL SALVADOR - JAN 2, 2010

I’ve had this beer once before, but the last time my taste buds were completely shot from something else, so lets try it with a clean palate. Poured into a Sam Adams glass a sort of typical orange/gold color, with a small head, but one that clung to the glass quite nicely. Retention was another plus for the look of this brew. Aroma had lots of nice tropical fruit characters, with pineapple, tangerine, and also a little bit of cantaloupe as well. Taste started off with a burst of fruit, then went slightly herbal with lots of peppery tastes, finally ending with a nice bitter aftertaste. Mouthfeel was perfectly medium in body, and prickly on the tongue. This is a great beer, but it also hits you pretty hard with the hop bitterness. One bomber is enough for me. If it is in your area, I say grab one or two for sure. Cheers

Poured from a bomber into a tulip glass.
Color is Light tangerine orange and a pretty good amount of haziness. Beautiful thick creamy fluffy white head. Lacing is superb.
Smell is Pineapple and minneola tangelo. Fresh, clean, aromatic, and mouth watering.
Liquid hops best describes this one. Amazing hop flavor. I’m in heaven with this beer.
Mouthfeel is Smooth and clean. Great amount of carbonation. Wonderfully appealing.
drinkability is out of this world. This is a top notch beer in my opinion. What more can i say. I could drink this all day long. And at 6.5% abv. the sessionability is fabulous.
Overall i would HIGHLY recommend this beer. This has cracked my upper tier of favorites. Two enthusiastic thumbs up to Port Brewing!!!

Bomber served in a tulip. Pours very hazy, unfiltered light orange with a large, off-white head. Great lace and rocky retention. Very aromatic citrus hops: Grapefruit, orange, fruity esters, and some tropical notes of passion fruit. Mild sweet flavor. Medium body, mild carbonation, very sticky texture, and easing to a long, bitter, grapefruity finish. This one is a beauty! Is there better way to celebrate a milestone (#300) than with a near perfect beer like this?!
