Pours quite hazy golden with frothy off white head. Moderate head retention, some lacing. Citrusy, peachy, watermelon nose. Medium body, average carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is moderate bitter, fruity, ends some dry. Enjoyable.
From a bottle. It’s a hop bomb, not a bad one, just a big old hop slap in the gob. kryon (3808) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - NOV 4, 2016

EBP, Mill Creek. Solid creamy white on darker clear gold. Very smooth dipa body, this brings me back to the classics. Some hop astringency. Modest bitter. Quite tasty, but not explosive. Very solid. chadski (155) - California, USA - AUG 20, 2016
Solid but not overly distinctive. Pine and resin from noise to finish. Crisp and light bodied for a double IPA. Would definitely repeat.

Draft at Monk’s Cafe, Philly.
Head is initially average sized, frothy, off-white, mostly lasting.
Body is medium to dark yellow.
Aroma is lightly malty (cookie), moderately hoppy (resin, grapefruit, apricot).
Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter.
Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately to heavily bitter.
Medium to full body, velvety texture, lively carbonation, moderately alcoholic.
Nice appearance, and an equally nice fluffy mouthfeel with low syrupy-ness and relatively modest booze-burn, but the aroma just doesn’t do very much…it’s almost all resin and grapefruit, i.e. just the usual west coast odors. Decent flavor balance for the style but just on the edge of being caustic.
