12.7 oz / 375 ml bottle; a solitaire at Monument in Concord. Very dark brown color with ruby notes in the depths. A vigorous tan head that didn’t last long. Anise, dark roasted malt, bourbon/vinous, plums, and arguably a lot more. A little heat is noticeable. It is a bit tarry, has wood, near burnt malt, espresso, cooked plums. Oak seems to develop with time. A tad rough, but quite a taste treat. Theis (15152) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - APR 9, 2009
