650ml bottle from The Beer Cellar. Big full aroma, looks and smells like a scotch ale. Copper red colour with a sliver of foam. Full bodied and fills the mouth with a big hop flavour. This beer is awesome. dhunter151 (590) - Santa Rosa, California, USA - FEB 24, 2013
Color is a deep dark red. Tastes of pine, citrus and caramel. Very well balanced.

For Strong Ale fans, a perfect option. Description is right on...The color is a burnt amber with red highlights and the aroma has a spicy hop presence with moderate caramel malt accents. The taste is a smooth, malty one with a balanced hoppy finish that includes hints of sweet caramel...YUM!!

Sweet biscuit malts. Ruby brown minimal head. Hoppy almost rye malty. Long bitter finish. Heavy yet even strong hops, great beer.

Phew!!! Incredible, love it... an incredibley delicious hopiness with a strong brown sugar, caramelly, chocolatey body goodiness to back it up... WOW!!! It definately bit me! Peeps, this is gold. better than the stock market. dwr1962 (47) - Wellsburg, West Virginia, USA - JUL 12, 2010
Has a bitter edge with a heavy palate (and some sweetness). It has the layers of taste that separate beers of this quality from cheap and simple beers. It’s not a session beer- this is an excellent sipping beer. Jhtipton (11) - Keysville, Virginia, USA - MAR 9, 2012
Aroma is malty piney citrussty and swer almost like a candy apple. Pours since deep amber with a rocky head and laces nicely. Taste is malty caramel with enough citrussty to balance it out. Nice hops presence. Medium bodies and oily and smooth to the palate nice hops bite. Overall a great beer. Pitched this up in Seville Spain. tysongillmore (362) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - NOV 21, 2015
I didn't take any extra notes when I tried this beer for the first time but I'm gonna try it again and update my comments.

This is one of my very favorites from Pizza Port. Reds aren’t supposed to be this hoppy. I am very glad it is. This stuff will grow hair on your nipples.
