COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Summer Pale Ale is our version of the iconic West Coast-style Pale Ale. Our brewer’s decided this beer should be all about the hops. Therefore, we brew it without any crystal malt. In choosing to brew a beer this way, we are left to focus solely on the expressive nature of the hops they choose for this beer.

Sin poder ver la fecha de embotellado ni consumo preferente se hace difícil evaluarla. Buena presencia, sutil aroma a pino, amarga y seca.

Bright orange with a slight haze, two-finger bright white head thin but solid retention and nice lace. Aromas of grassy and pine hops, earth caramel and honey. Taste is mostly citrusy hop, with grass pine and some dank bitterness. Gentle caramel sweetness.Light to medium body; nicely carbonated, creamy smooth mouthfeel and a dry, bitter finish.

Very hop forward, probably called an IPA anywhere but the left coast, but I appreciate that the call this an APA because it is not unbalanced, it just seems to let the hops float above the malt. Quenching, a bit floral, citrus, maybe some light peach/nectarine. Good stuff.

Strykzone (7658) - Wood River, Illinois, USA - JUN 7, 2016
Draft at Elijah P’s. Rating from memory. Citrus, pine, and peaches. Gentle malts allow the hops to play. Quite nice.

Probably killed my objectivity on this one by downing four hop bombs before, but still goes down easy and great for style. Hazy orange pour with great head and lacing. Light hay and citrus. Light bitter finish. Tap at Sovereign Savor event.
