COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Summer Pale Ale is our version of the iconic West Coast-style Pale Ale. Our brewer’s decided this beer should be all about the hops. Therefore, we brew it without any crystal malt. In choosing to brew a beer this way, we are left to focus solely on the expressive nature of the hops they choose for this beer.

Bottle. Light hazy copper with a medium sized off white head. Nose has citrus, dough, lychee. And some more, I’m sure. Flavour has caramel, citrus, grain, dust. Simple, seems kind of watered down. Light body, light sweet, medium bitter, dry hoppy finish. Boring.

Golden-orange pour with a white head. The aroma has some big peach and orange notes. The flavor is a mix of peach, biscuit malt and a bit of grass. Low bitterness. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

@ Scandic, Malmö 15-8-7: En lätt öl med små frukttoner. Inte mer enn småtrevlig.
