COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The beer is a deep golden color and medium bodied, with a soft round malt profile and crisp and spicy hop character on the finish. This lager is brewed in the traditional Pilsner style, using authentic Pilsner malt and noble Saaz hops.

Downright Pilsner gets its carbonation completely naturally as it lagers in our fermentation tanks for six weeks. A unique twist on this beer is the dry hop addition of Saaz hops. This additional infusion of hops gives the beer an extra refreshing bite on the finish.

Draught @ Albion. Clear bright yellow with medium sized pff-white foamy head, malt aroma, medium carbonation, slightly tangy malt taste, abrupt finish. Decent but not great.

Bottle. Pours a clear straw yellow body with a minimal fizzy white head that faded quickly. The nose is very minimal, I cant really smell any hops, and theres just the faintest hint of Pils malt. The flavor is pretty bland and blah as well. Very minimally hoppy, and the malt base isnt especially clean or crisp either. Light bodied and a little limp on the finish with fizzy prickly carbonation. A pretty poor example of the style.

Tap at the stags head. Fine golden pour with pillowy white head. Nose is grass and light Apple juice. Tastes of grass, straw, fruit skin, floral, and hint of pine. Slight bitter hops on finish.

from non existent notes - had at the taproom, after a bike ride on a warm day, it was tasty and refreshing. The tall pilsener glass was not ideal for smelling the aroma.

Really nice Pilsner malt and lager yeast aromas. Bright clear golden straw color. Crisp and clean, good carbonation. Very well executed Pilsner flavor. Very good rendition of the style.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. Aroma- Has a nice presence of malt, grass, caramel and citrus. Appearance- This beer is a murky golden yellow color with a small white head. Taste- Has a great toasted malt flavor with a bready aftertaste. Palate- A medium bodied beer with low carbonation, has a creamy to oily texture. Overall- A nice pilsner, that is well balanced.
