COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Optimal Wit is brewed in the Belgian Wit Bier tradition. It is brewed with raw wheat and oats, and steeped with coriander, orange peel and grains of paradise. This ale is a pale golden color with a bit of cloudy haze from bottle conditioning. This unfiltered ale offers layers of complex, nuanced flavors that evolve in the glass. It finishes crisp and refreshes the palate.

Bought this on 7/12/16 at Krogers @ Swift Creek Midlothian Va. Bottled on Date is 6/8/16 so fairly fresh! Very cloudy and a pale yellow in appearance! Up front you definitely smell the spices from the belgian yeast, these spices hit you first then a littte orange and malt? Very carbonated and clean tasting at the end! Refreshing beer!! I am outside and very much enjoying this beer in the heat of the afternoon! ENJOY!

Draft at Yard House-Springfield. Light bodied wit (I know, right?). Pale, hazy golden with minimal head. Aroma also very faint, taste brings this into the zone, but just. Finishes flat, chalky mouth fell. Almost there....

Six pack from Manchester in CT. Pours out a hazy greenish golden color. Thin off white lacy head. Light fruity spice aromas and flavors. Dry bready texture. On the watery side. Somewhat fizzy. Refreshing but kinda bland.
