12oz Bottle. The pour was a cloudy medium yellow with a large (2-3 finger) white fizzy head that receded at a rather quick steady pace, and produced poor spotty lacing.
The aroma was mild of a light grain malt and a musty Belgian yeast with notes of citrus (orange), coriander and a hint of pepper.
The taste was lightly sweet and citrusy from the beginning, then progressed with a light spicy and mild funky yeast taste and a slight peppery ending. The flavor lasted an average duration after consumption, with a spicy yeast taste fading slowing into the background.
Mouthfeel was light in body and watery in texture with a carbonation that was just beyond mild.
Overall this was a very mild Witbier, both in taste and body. Although, it would make a great session beer on one of those intensely hot summer days...
Keg at brewdog Edinburgh. Pours hazy yellow, nose is sugary, caramel, banana, taste is similar, light spices. The_Osprey (7885) - Richmond, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 3, 2017
Keg at Brewdog Shepherd’s Bush as Port City Optimal Wit. Pale golden yellow, hazy, still, foamy white head leaves light lacing. Aroma is musty, chewed up chewing gum, something a bit odd suggesting halitosis, damp sawdust. Body is smooth with soft carbonation. Taste is quite light, faint lemon cake, little woody, quite watery. Simple but not unpleasant. Nothing exciting. tia (2160) - Sandston, Virginia, USA - MAY 30, 2017
Tap at Cask. Smells like cilantro, rubber, lemon and melon. Flavor is very light and balanced. A little watery. bytemesis (8244) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - MAR 21, 2017
Tap. Pours quite hazy yellow, medium white head, good lacing. Aroma is wheaty, touch of banana, coriander, lemon, bit of Belgian spice. Light plus body, soft mouthfeel. This is a pretty well crafted wit, honestly. Aggiebob (1102) - Huntsville, Alabama, USA - MAR 9, 2017
Draft. It had the color of lemonade with a thin white head. Malty coriander flavor and aroma.

Owl Farm, Brooklyn. Murky yellow color, small white head. Banana sweetness in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Riped sweetish banana in the flavor. Light coriander in the nose and aroma. Mellow, light. Despite the ingredients tastes more like German hefeweizen than witbier.
Disig ljusare gul öl med ett lättare vitt skum. Doft av citrusfrukt, malt och lättare vettetoner. I smaken tillkommer örtighet från koriandern. john44 (3078) - SW London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 9, 2017
