Amber/gold pour. Aroma is berry and caramel. Flavor is buttery caramel and berry.
Post tasting thoughts:
This brewery sucks. They placed last in 2 different blind tastings. They have some fermentation issues.
Flight sample poured clear golden amber with a thin white head and nice lacing. Aromas of malt and honey. Nice clean beer. shrubber85 (11402) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - JUL 9, 2015
Draft. Honey, orange, and barley malt aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Sweet orange, barley malt, and light hay flavor. Decent body. Light but pleasant. nilloc1204 (16) - Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, USA - DEC 10, 2014

Poured a dull gold with a light head and lacing. Aroma was of sweet malts and honey. Taste was sweet with a malty front end possessing a sticky candy texture. Finished up with a light hop finish. Palate was acceptable. Overall, not a bad blonde. esjaygee (3904) - Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 26, 2013
Golden amber with a thin white head. Aroma of honey, malt, bready Munich malts and mild noble hops. Taste is sweet and lightly floral with caramel and honey and a crisp finish. Not bad for style. madvike (3260) - Middleton, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 14, 2013
Bottle - Pours clear light amber with a foamy white head. Nose is toasty wheat bread, a bit of herbal hops, and a little honey sweetness. Taste is mildly sour grain, light toast, a touch of herbal hops, and a big grainy finish. Slick and medium-thin, with medium carbonation. Not bad, but unremarkable. 12oz bottle, thanks to nuplastikk: Pours a clear deep bronze with a spotty-lacing covering of white head. Has a lightly sweet toasted pale malty nose with hints of floral honey. Starts with decent fullness and light carbonation with a mild malty sweetness, some grain husks and a touch of noble bittering hops before a drier, but smooth finish. Pretty true to style and no obvious flaws, but this is not a style I get too excited about. nuplastikk (6274) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 2, 2012
12oz bottle. Filtered orange-tan, thin, soda-like white head, actively rising carbonation bubbles rising within. Better than I expected it to be. Very malt centered and smooth on the palate, though there is a nice spicy hop bite as well. The honey isn’t massive but accentuates and complements the toasty malt well. Really quite sessionable and enjoyable, Toasty golden malt centered.
