1st of all, I’m going to state that my ratings are based off of the competition, price range, and my personal tastes. Personally, I’m a big fan of amber beers. I prefer my beer bolder then your domestic standard lights, but not as stout as, say, a Guinness or Samuel Adams. I’m also not going to give even my favorite beer a perfect score, though, it would come close.
That being said, this is definitely a "ghetto beer". It competes with the like of Natty Ice, Milwaukee’s Best, and King Cobra. I paid $1 for a 24 ouncer of this stuff. This is a broke college kid’s beer. This is the stuff you get when you’re looking through the change in your couch because you have to have a beer after a rough day and it’s all you can afford.
This beer has less taste then any beer I can think of. It tastes like "beer flavored water", as my girlfriend said. In this beer’s defense, however, I think that’s a good thing. Again, super light beers aren’t my preference. I just say this because I’d rather a $1 beer have no taste at all then taste like the toxic urine that is Natty Ice or any thing else in the lowest tier.
Overall, if you have $1 to your name and you HAVE to have a beer, this isn’t a bad choice (or rehab, if you’re Jonesing that bad). If you can afford anything better, however, spend a couple more bucks and get that instead. nick76 (4399) - Tampa, Florida, USA - AUG 8, 2011
The aroma is typical macro light lager with corn malt, funk, and a light touch of grassy hops. The appearance is pale gold with a foamy head. The taste is rather good, just very watery. The palate is thin but right for the style and very refreshing. Overall I like this beer, it’s quite refreshing on a hot Florida summer night, I just wish it smelled better. 24 ounce can from a Kroger, opened 5/16/11. Pours a clear golden color with a large frothy white head. Good head retention and lacing. Looks surprisingly good for the style. The aroma is pale grainy notes and grassy almost skunky hops. The taste is grassy hops, a metallic note, corn and grain. Thin body. SSSteve (4006) - - JUL 26, 2011
24oz can. pale gold with huge, foamy white head. clean aroma with bit of lemon. flavors of corn chips. really easy to drink with a low, smooth carbonation and low abv. garrison (812) - Cin. city, Ohio, USA - JUN 16, 2011
From a twenty four fluid ounce can purchased at the Fergueson Road Krogers - This one poured a golden fluid with a rapidly fading white head of foam that actually left some lacing as it faded away. Tastewise, it’s not bad, but there’s very little flavor and body to this brew!

Can. No real aroma. Taste was crisp but didnt have much flavor. Not "corny" like most mass produced light beers, but it still wasnt very good. Tastes like watered down Pabst. Tmoney99 (14460) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAY 17, 2011
24 oz. Can from Kroger - Mt. Carmel. Poured clear pale color with a medium to large frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. light to moderate sweet grainy aroma. Light to medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Light to medium sweet flavor with a light to medium sweet finish of light to moderate duration. My expectations where met with an average entry beer.
