A classic Northwest style IPA. Hop Diggidy has a smooth malt background and full round hop flavors. Dry hopping two separate times in the process insures an aromatic and lasting hop finish. Enjoy this very drinkable Northwest ale.

Drank from a bottle at the 20th Mondial de la Bire, June 1, 2013. Honey blonde little head. Citrus hoppy aroma, notes of sweet cereal. Cereal fruity taste, a little sour, very bitter hops. It is very pleasant that I would sing, but I suck at it!

Taster at The Mondial de la Biere in Montral. The color is a clear amber with a very thin beige head. The aroma is very light, you can find some hops and citrus fruits. The taste as above but not strong enough. It just lives you wanting more flavor, not enough body.

Poured from a 22. Pours a thick white head, clear golden amber. Scent is of floral, grapefruit and rusty metal. Good taste, what I can describe as a calming taste, not exactly what I expected but surprisingly better. Very long lasting fruity bitter aftertaste. The bitterness is well balanced by the sweet fruit. Impressive.

On Draft at the brewery. Slightly cloudy golden pour, with a white head. Pine, citrus, caramel, light malt body, and a bit resinous. Nice fresh hops, overall average IPA.

Draft pour at the brewery. Pours a cloudy golden color with a patchy head. A nice fresh hop aroma that goes nicely with the hop vines all throughout the outdoor area here at the brewery. A pretty bitter beer here. Really nice hop flavors with a nice bitter finish. Super refreshing IPA. Enjoyed this one.

On draught at 27th Annual Oregon Brewers Festival. Golden color. Aroma is caramel and very bitter grassy hops. Taste is caramel, grass, pine, and some bitter notes. A bitter finish that is more than I tend to like.

Draught at Washington Brewers Festival, 2014, as "Hop Diggity". Pours a hazy dark golden color. Nose is slightly grassy, but seem fairly light. Taste is bitter, yet remains light and fresh. Very nice drink.

Dguste (bouteille) le 30 mai 2013 au Mondial 2013 Montral (D5C3KPPPi). Bire blonde tirant sur le rouge. Col mince blanc persistant. Trs effervescente, bulles fines. Odeur de pamplemousse. Trs douce, assez sucre, assez amre en finale. Saveur un peu pice en amorce puis crales prennent le dessus. Se boit bien, pas trop lourde.
