12oz bottle from 1 for the Road in Wexford, PA. Beautiful 6 inch head that lasts through to the final swallow. No fishy odors or taste, just a hint from the ingredients that the oysters are the secret within the uniqueness of this fine stout. In this eon of unusual and diverse stouts, it’s good to know that the folks at Porterhouse have not gone overboard with dressing up a good Irish stout. BelgCeltNorw (3) - - JUL 8, 2012 does not count
On draught: fresh, creamy, smooth, coffee, a lot of taste and after taste, not very strong in alcohol. Packie (3) - - AUG 12, 2013 does not count
First time I tasted this I loved it straight away. Seemed like your average stout but there was something sweeter on the finish. Totally unidentifiable but I can only assume it was the oysters. Great bottle of beer. OKBeerFan (67) - - AUG 17, 2013
Delicious Stout with all the traditional qualities you expect from a good stout. Brewed with oysters, you get just a bit of brineyness in the flavor profile. Overall interesting and tasty experience.

Drought. Dark brown with a reddish tint, creamy milk-chocolate head with good retention, slight oyster aroma, balanced biiterness and long smooth finish. Very nice and easy to drink, moight be a bit weak though. Zoret (484) - Badalona, SPAIN - AUG 31, 2014
Aromes dolços de malta, llaminera, també amb un petit toc de salnitre. En boca el salnitre es fa més evident sembla com a pipes, també s’aprecia clarament sabors torrats de regalèssia i cafè. Bona cervesa. SeniorZozo (1589) - Budapest, HUNGARY - JAN 6, 2016
Vienna Craft Beer Fest 2015. Pour is close to black with a very small white head. Aroma and flavor of slight fruit, roasted malt, semi-sweet chocolate, and a bit of salt. caribou43 (1154) - Lausanne/Sevilla/Lima, SWITZERLAND - FEB 13, 2017
I bought this bottle at Beerlovers in Vienna. I drank it with Fred in Lausanne. In my point of view, it is a nice stout, average, easy to drink for the beginners. The color is a nice deep black body, low carbonation for the style but it is normal, thin foam. The taste is overall dry, some oysters notes but it is not that strong that others oatmeal stout, roasted, malt, hop, a bit watery and dry finish.
