From tap at Charlies, Copenhagen as Dublin Porter. Pours dark brown with a small redish glare and a creamy and chocolate brown head. Dark roasted malt aroma, light roasted breadish. Smooth mouthfeel. Nice roasted malt flavoured, light liqourice like note. Roasted and dark malty flavoured with a lingering light acidity into the far finish.

Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - FEB 28, 2011
Bottle 33 cl. Pours a dark brown close to opaque but with a vague orange hue and a creamy beige head. Sweetish hard roasted malt in the nose and a little dried dark fruit. Medium body, again hard roasted malt and dark fruit with a lightly smoky whiff. Ends dryish but not overly hoppy. A solid light Porter. 280211

Hazy dark red - brown beer. Small off white head. Dry palate. Mild dark malts. Very mild roast. Trace of coffee. Dry finish. Plain indeed!

Whisky/Bourbon zymatore, so I guess not so plain. Draft, thank you Tyler. Very dark brown color, thick brown head, solid lacing. Aroma of roasty vanilla and coffee. Taste is boozy chocolate and coffee.
