From tap at Bøker & Børst with BHK 15.01.17. Clear pale golden. Aroma and taste of cider made at home from concentrat. Astringent mouthfeel. Rather mediocre.

Hazy light straw hue with no head. Big musty nose of dry Apple flesh and rind, and something slightly dusty. Crisp and bright flavor that’s none dry but still somewhat apple-y, crisp and very mellow. Pretty simple, but I’ve never had a dry cider this satisfyingly dry, yet fruity and simplistic. Quaffable and delightful.

On tap @ Henrik. A quickly away fizzing white head over a clear pale golden cider body. It has a both apply, sweet and dry aroma this. Not exactly sugary but it has some apply sweetness. It’s quite dry in the taste. Almost tannin-dry and dusty apply. Yeah, dusty is a good description of this flavor. Earthy apples, neither sweet nor dry really. Definitely drinkable, but not a massive cider experience. 31.07.2015

Awkward balance of carbonation on the palate. I personally prefer a little more bubble activity. Flavors of ripe green apple disappear rapidly. Though it finishes smooth, there’s not a lot of lingering flavor.

Draught @ Bakgården Både &, Kristiansand
Pours clear pale yellow with no head. Aroma has notes of slightly sour green and yellow apples. Taste is light to medium sweet and light sour with a slightly dry, green and yellow apple finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin, carbonation is flat

On tap at Både&. A slightly hazy pale yellow cider, still and headless. The aroma reminds me of pears and overripe yellow apples. Some grass notes. The flavor has less pears but there’s still some. Apple cores, autumn leaves and grass. Medium body, semi dry and flat on the palate. Apple finish. Quite decent this one. 151022

On tap @ Både &. Clear, slightly oily golden body with a very fast disappearing white head. Aroma is apple and apple core. Flavor is quite sweet, e.g. the first impressive when served cold is actually “kinda dry”, but it becomes sweet rather quickly. Not bad at all with a fine, clean apple flavor but way too sweet for me to be able to drink much of this. OK – had it twice during the same week, but would properly not by again. Medium to pluss body and actually a kinda sweet aftertaste.

There wasn't much to the palate and quick taste. This was rated by 6 people in the Cannery Row Beer Club.
