Slight malty roasted aroma at the start but not overpowering. Mostly cloudy appearance ( not uncommon for this dark of style.) Good malt and roast flavors but a bit roast bitterness at the finish. Draft pint at Ruby Tuesdays in Pocatello. Pitch with a nice creamy head. Nose is cocoa, caramel, graham cracker, and coffee with sour cream. Flavor is a great blend of the same with some light char and a hint of salt. Medium-heavy body really is smooth as satin, slightly chewy and chalky, and very drinkable. Aroma: Roasted malts and coffee

A very nice stout.

Wow, this was incredibly rich and delicious. Cool and creamy mouthfeel, with some delicous dark chocolate and roasted coffee. LIke drinking mexican hot chocolate.
