Draught @ pontneuf- pours thin and dk dk brown with a nice tan head...aroma is toasty cocoa and lightly roasted grain...flavour is similar, a touch of sweetness and a bit thin on the end, but a nice sweet stout that I’m glad I sought out. nearbeer (5456) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - OCT 25, 2010
Draft pint at Ruby Tuesdays in Pocatello. Pitch with a nice creamy head. Nose is cocoa, caramel, graham cracker, and coffee with sour cream. Flavor is a great blend of the same with some light char and a hint of salt. Medium-heavy body really is smooth as satin, slightly chewy and chalky, and very drinkable. At brewery: Dark, with a creamy texture. Woodsy, wholesome, smoky and a bit burnt. Sweet chocolate, sugared milk and a pinch of lactic. Some bitter hops and dark chocolate softened the sweetness. Decent stout. jcwattsrugger (12434) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - JUN 24, 2007
