Aroma: Roasted malts and coffee
Taste: Full mouthfeel. Roasted malts, coffee and some hop bitterness in the finish <br.
A very nice stout.
Draft pint at Ruby Tuesdays in Pocatello. Pitch with a nice creamy head. Nose is cocoa, caramel, graham cracker, and coffee with sour cream. Flavor is a great blend of the same with some light char and a hint of salt. Medium-heavy body really is smooth as satin, slightly chewy and chalky, and very drinkable. This arrived with a good head over a near black body.
Smoke, toffee, vanilla and chocolate in the admirably complex aroma.
Flavor: lightly bitter after some sweetness up front. Sweet dark bread with some light spicy hop flavors.
